No, we only ship to New Zealand at the moment, we are looking into adding more countries in the future.
We use Posthaste to ship NZ wide, this normally takes 1-3 working days.
Yes of course! All of our orders are shipped with tracking which you will receive via email once shipped

We offer a 12 month warranty on all Playmax products
If you've purchased your product through Playmax.co.nz and found it is faulty please email us on the contact page below and we will assist you.
If you've purchased your Playmax product from a retailer please take this back to the retailer and they will give you a replacement.
