Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Playmax.co.nz

1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • If there is any delay or stock issue, we will contact you via email.


2. Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship to all major towns and cities across New Zealand.

Delivery timeframes:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days (after dispatch)

  • South Island: 2–5 business days (after dispatch)

  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate $5 NZD

  • Orders over $20 qualify for Free Shipping (within NZ).


3. International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within New Zealand.
If you’re located outside NZ and wish to purchase our products, please contact us at info@playmax.co.nz and we’ll advise if special arrangements can be made.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.
You can use this to track your delivery status online.


5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information to see the latest update.

  2. Confirm your delivery address is correct.

  3. If still unresolved, please contact us at info@playmax.co.nz — we’ll help liaise with the courier to locate your parcel.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or weather-related disruptions.


6. Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, or your package appears tampered with:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, photos of the packaging/product, and a description of the issue.
    We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


8. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@playmax.co.nz.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.


9. Lost or Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or unclaimed delivery, we may:

  • Re-ship the order once the correct address is provided (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Provide a refund excluding shipping costs.
